Do you still for sale domain fork?

I was creeping your rides on Connect.Garmin.com and saw the ride that you call Eastlands. Has COP opened that property or is it a poach? Is it rideable on a 'cross bike?

I live in Valley Ridge and would like to hit that area on my commute home from downtown.
